Welcome to Any Occasion Photography & Video. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
   
   • These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Any Occasion Photography & Video.
   
   • We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Booking and Payment
   
   • A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure your booking. This fee ensures your date is reserved and is deducted from the total cost of your session or event.
   
   • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session/event.
   
   • Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Starling, cash.
   
   • Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   
   Cancellations:
   
   • More than 7 days before the session: No additional charges, but the booking fee is non-refundable.
   
   • More than 7 days before the session, no additional fees apply.
   
   • Within 7 days, 50% of the booking deposit is non-refundable.
   
   Rescheduling:
   
   • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
   
   • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. If rescheduling is not possible, the booking fee will be forfeited.

4. Travel Policy
   
   • Travel within the Merseyside region is included in your package.
   
   • For locations outside this area, a travel fee of £0.45 per mile (from Knowsley) will be added to the final invoice.
   
   • Travel costs will be confirmed during the booking process

5. Copyright and Usage
   
   • Any Occasion Photography & Video retains full copyright of all images and videos produced.
   
   • Clients are granted a licence for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
   • Commercial use of the images/videos is prohibited without prior permission and may incur additional fees.

6. Image Delivery
   
   • Edited images and videos will be delivered within 2–4 weeks after the session.
   
   • Delivery will be made via a downloadable link or USB drive.
   
   • Raw/unedited files are not provided unless agreed upon and may incur an additional fee.

7. Client Responsibilities
   
   • The client is responsible for ensuring that permissions are obtained for photography/videography at the chosen location(s).
   
   • The client must provide accurate information during the booking process and ensure availability at the agreed-upon time.
   
   • Any delays caused by the client or other factors beyond our control may affect the final schedule and delivery timeframe.

8. Liability
   
   • While we take utmost care during sessions and with the final delivery of files, Any Occasion Photography & Video is not liable for:
   
   • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure).
   
   • Loss or damage of delivered files once they have been sent to the client.
   
   • Liability is limited to a refund of the booking fee in the event of cancellation by Any Occasion Photography & Video.

9. Privacy
   
   • All personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purposes of providing our services.
   
   • We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Agreement
    
    • By booking a session or event with Any Occasion Photography & Video, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
